Description: Garrett is the manufacturer for the original oem turbos for the 300ZX. After so many years, turbo charges start to wear and lose potential horsepower. Turbos will start to leak, due to aging seals and/or worn bearings. It is highly recommended that turbos are replaced with brand new Nissan replacements (unless upgrading) and not rebuilt. There has yet to be a case of a perfectly rebuilt turbo without any leaks.
