Hi Alex, it does come with the vent assemblies exactly as pictured.
Question:
What could possibly be different in LHD and RHD bezel besides the clock moved to left or right ? I'm scratching my head looking at pictures trying to figure it out.

Hi Derek, the shape of them has a slight curve towards the driver. The curve/shape is mirrored between LHD and RHD.
Question:
This bezel says right hand side. Im driving american with the wheel on the left. Will this work.

Hi Steve, this will not fit a LHD (US) car. Unfortunately the LHD version has been discontinued by Nissan.
