The EFI harness is the main harness that controls all the electrical components of the engine. It is very vital that all your connectors are intact and working properly. Over the years, the terminals in the connectors start to corrode and you start to loose continuity in the circuit. Connectors also break, and make little or no contact, resulting in an erratic idle and/or power loss. The EFI wiring harness originates from the ECU(Engine Control Unit) and connects to:

-Fuel Injectors
-Spark Coil Packs
-Mass Air Flow Sensor
-Crank Angle Sensor
-Ignition Power Transistor Unit
-Air Regulator
-Idle Air Controller (IAC)
-Oxygen Sensors
-Engine Temp Sensor/Gauge

It is recommended that this harness is replaced when the engine is out of the car, for easy access through the fire wall.

The RHD harness should only be used on RHD vehicles, LHD vehicles that are using RHD engines still need to use LHD harnesses.
